Peter kept the vegetables and dropped the bill

Some reps ask you to do something big. This one asked you to stand up. That was the whole thing, and it still pulled more reaction than anything else in the group last week.
This week’s rep: “Stand Up 10 Times”
Ten times during the day, stand up when you don’t have to. Get out of the chair, walk for a minute, stretch, refill your water, take a lap around the room, then sit back down and carry on with what you were doing. Sixty seconds counts. Keep a rough count and report “10 Done” when you get there.
Why it works: Your body doesn’t only get built in the hour you set aside for it. Most of what wears it down happens in the hours you never think about, the ones where you sit still and call it working. Ten small interruptions cost you nothing on the calendar and change what the day does to you.
Your rep today: Stand up and move ten separate times before the day is over. Then notice how it feels to follow through.
The win: Peter
Peter had a fruit and vegetable delivery arriving every other week. Fifty euros a month, running quietly in the background, the kind of cost that stops being a decision and turns into furniture. So he actually looked at it. Then he stopped it and found another way to get the same food for a lot less. In his words, he cut the cost more than 60% down. That took about ten minutes of attention on a number he had been walking past for months, and it pays him back every month from here.

The Playbook is one rep a week. Inside the movement it’s one a day, with a group that keeps you going, for a dollar a month. No rush, no catch. Come take a look when it feels right.
