PJ Dusted Off a Customer From Five Years Ago

Last week's most-loved rep was the one you could do without rearranging a single thing about your day. No gym, no plan, no new routine. Just one flight of stairs.
This week's rep: "Add One Flight"
Take one extra flight of stairs today. That's the whole rep. At home, at work, at the gym, in a parking garage. If there aren't stairs where you are, give yourself 60 seconds of intentional movement instead. The point is to make your body work a little harder than convenience asks it to.
Why it works: Fitness gets built out of accumulated movement, and most of that movement happens outside of workouts. A small burst of effort fits into a day that's already full. And every time you pick the harder physical option, you're telling yourself something about who you are.
Your rep today: Find one chance for extra movement and take it. Stairs, or 60 seconds. Don't let it turn into a workout. Then notice how it feels to follow through.
The win: PJ
PJ runs events. One of his customers drifted off about five years ago, and five years is long enough that most of us quietly file someone under gone. He sent the message anyway this week.
They came back.
"I was able to do this this week after a 5 year layoff from our Events we run....always great to get an old customer back!"
Nothing about that customer changed in five years. What changed is that PJ asked.
