Yoel's Minimum Goal Beats His Busiest Days

Last week's most-loved rep didn't ask you to find time. It asked you to use a few minutes you were already spending.
This week's rep: "Do 25 Before You Shower"
Before your next shower, do 25 bodyweight reps. Pick one movement, squats, wall push-ups, lunges, calf raises, glute bridges, or split the 25 across a few of them. Modify or skip anything that doesn't feel right for your body. The shower is already happening, so let it be the cue to move first.
Why it works: Attaching something new to something you already do every day means you don't have to remember it. And 25 reps is small enough that "I don't have time" stops being true. Do it enough times and you start to think of yourself as someone who moves every day.
Your rep today: Pick your movement, do 25 controlled reps, then take your shower. Then notice how it feels to follow through.
The win: Yoel
Yoel had the problem most of us have. Some days there's room for a real workout. Some days there isn't, and those are the days that quietly end the streak.
So he built a floor.
"I started having a 'minimum goal' and an 'actual goal' for push-ups and pull-ups every day. Even on the days when I'm pretty busy to have a full workout I make sure to get to my 'minimum goal' of 30 push-ups and 10 pull-ups."
Thirty and ten. Small enough that a packed day can't take it from him, big enough that it still counts. His busy days stopped breaking anything.
